The Art of Charm team of coaches work together to provide a solid foundation for their students that accomplishes a single goal – self improvement. When the required courses are completed, each student will benefit by achieving a higher level of self confidence and the ability to seek out, meet and establish relationships with desirable women. The Art of Charm Team of Coaches
The company founders, AJ and Jordan Harbinger, play an active and vital role in the recruitment and training of new coaches. Specific requirements have been developed to ensure that every staff member follows the principles and philosophies of The Art of Charm. Many hours are spent on behind the scenes education and continual evaluation of the program’s success.
Necessary Fundamentals for an Art of Charm Coach
We welcome new staff members and encourage new applications for coaching positions. A few basic fundamentals are necessary for successful coaching:
Social Dynamics Knowledge and Skill: Each instructor must possess a proven level of achievement in social interaction with both men and women. Skills required for coaching positions include knowledge of social dynamics techniques in personal and business environments.
Teaching and Instruction Skills: Each instructor hired by The Art of Charm must possess excellent communication skills. Their talents should include the ability to relay information to students as well as the ability to listen to student’s issues. Each student brings a unique set of expectations and problems to the program and requires individual attention. Coaches must respond quickly to resolve each issue.
Dynamic and Innovative Leadership: Possessing a creative mind and bringing new ideas to the coaching staff is an asset for any potential applicant. The program demands both methodical techniques and encourages energetic teaching methods that inspire students to perform well in the program.
Dedication to Art of Charm Principles: Each newly hired coach will be well versed in the practices and principles that define The Art of Charm program. We stand by our goals and will not tolerate unethical methods that contradict our mission statement.
How Art of Charm Coaches are Recruited and Trained
The basic fundamentals start the hiring process followed by specific training requirements and general application recommendations.
Initial Requirements: Every coach is always a graduate of The Art of Charm program and has completed all basic and advanced level courses.
Their acquired skill and knowledge is derived from practical learning experience gained through the program, as well as on a personal basis. Their portfolio includes lessons learned in their own way that may be freely shared with new students. Coaches are expected to interact with students from a variety of backgrounds and nationalities.
Internship Requirements: Each new coach is hired on an evaluation basis and must be willing to work through the internship process. They are required to complete field work assignments and will be monitored as they interact with other staff members. Field work, some international travel and professional work schedules may be required during the internship process.
Eligibility for Promotion: Coaches who demonstrate high levels of achievement, innovative teaching methods and solid success will be eligible for promotions within The Art of Charm company. Promotions are granted strictly on an individual basis.
