The Payment Plan

Payment plans are offered in order to make these coaching plans more attainable for everyone. While it is suggested that these people put away $500 a month so that they can purchase a week long program in eight months, The Art Of Charm is much more concerned about making the payment plan work for their clients. For this reason, it should be noted that The Art of Charm customizes many of their payment plans for clients.

Overpricing

Some critics have suggested that The Art of Charm is a scam and other programs provide their clients with a better value. However, if you take this viewpoint, then you must ask yourself the following questions:

· What does the program offer?

· How many hours/days are included?

· What subjects are touched upon?

· What type of fieldwork is offered?

· What is the schedule?

· Do full time or part time instructors teach these classes?

· Who are these instructors?

· Why do you pay more for the real thing than you do for the generic?

Pushy Sales Representatives

It is impossible to please everyone; no matter how hard you try. However, when The Art of Charm was first getting started, they did some field research by spending time calling some of the other companies in this niche who were also offering coaching. They wanted to see what these companies’ processes were like. Unfortunately, they soon discovered that a lot of these companies were unprofessional and they made it difficult to get a hold of anyone in order to get signed up with the program.

The people at The Art Of Charm are passionate about what they do. For this reason, whenever you call their office and talk to someone there, you will be able to tell that they are excited about what they have to offer. While there have been some complaints about how aggressive and dishonest the salespeople are within this company, there are also claims that this company’s internal policies have been changed and some employees that have acted in this manner are no longer working there. They honestly believe that this should serve to show just how dedicated they are to providing you with really high quality service.

Necessary Fundamentals for an Art of Charm Coach

We welcome new staff members and encourage new applications for coaching positions. A few basic fundamentals are necessary for successful coaching:

Social Dynamics Knowledge and Skill: Each instructor must possess a proven level of achievement in social interaction with both men and women. Skills required for coaching positions include knowledge of social dynamics techniques in personal and business environments.

Teaching and Instruction Skills: Each instructor hired by The Art of Charm must possess excellent communication skills. Their talents should include the ability to relay information to students as well as the ability to listen to student’s issues. Each student brings a unique set of expectations and problems to the program and requires individual attention. Coaches must respond quickly to resolve each issue.

Dynamic and Innovative Leadership: Possessing a creative mind and bringing new ideas to the coaching staff is an asset for any potential applicant. The program demands both methodical techniques and encourages energetic teaching methods that inspire students to perform well in the program.

How Art of Charm Coaches are Recruited and Trained

The basic fundamentals start the hiring process followed by specific training requirements and general application recommendations.

Initial Requirements: Every coach is always a graduate of The Art of Charm program and has completed all basic and advanced level courses.

Their acquired skill and knowledge is derived from practical learning experience gained through the program, as well as on a personal basis. Their portfolio includes lessons learned in their own way that may be freely shared with new students. Coaches are expected to interact with students from a variety of backgrounds and nationalities.

Internship Requirements: Each new coach is hired on an evaluation basis and must be willing to work through the internship process. They are required to complete field work assignments and will be monitored as they interact with other staff members. Field work, some international travel and professional work schedules may be required during the internship process.

Eligibility for Promotion: Coaches who demonstrate high levels of achievement, innovative teaching methods and solid success will be eligible for promotions within The Art of Charm company. Promotions are granted strictly on an individual basis.

About AJ and Jordan Harbinger

AJ and Jordan Harbinger are Michigan natives and founders of the Social Dynamics interview show, Pickup Podcast, the Game On radio show and The Art of Charm coaching program. Both are self-made Social Dynamics experts who have turned their experience and passion into a successful business helping both men and women establish and maintain healthy, strong relationships.

Jordan’s original career choice put him on the path to becoming a Wall Street Lawyer, but it was the method he used to get into law school that introduced him to the area of social influence and dynamics.

His grades were not strong enough to gain acceptance to the University Of Michigan School of Law, so Jordan talked his way into the program. Bolstered by the success of his endeavor, Jordan’s passion for the power of effective social influence skills, and their value in the lives of those who possess them, was ignited. He began studying Social Dynamics while also working on his law degree at Michigan, and undertook a search to find those at the top of the field.

Jordan graduated and headed to New York City where he went on to be a lawyer at a prestigious Wall Street firm. His interest in Social Dynamics never waned and in fact, it exploded with his introduction to effective and proven social dynamists Johnny Dzubak & Alex Weber. Through his relationships with Dzubak and Weber, Harbinger realized his destiny in the field of Social Dynamics.

Jordan introduced to the idea of Social Dynamics to AJ in 2004. AJ had been using these skills, but never thought of it as a teachable concept. He joined Jordan in pursuit of Social Dynamics at the University of Michigan, where he was in graduate school studying biology. Together they learned of their own social influence aptitude through a series of “real life” experiments. AJ was hooked and the two began teaching social dynamics on a part-time basis.

In 2006 they launched their first Social Dynamics venture in Pickup Podcast, a relationship advice and social dynamics interview program that developed a sizable following. The experience convinced Jordan of the need for new innovation and development within the industry, a task he would take on as a personal challenge.

Jordan would eventually quit his law job and establish The Art of Charm, a Social Dynamics training program for both men and women. AJ later joined, and together they developed The Art of Charm into a successful business. SiriusXM Sattellite Radio later developed a show called “Game On” for AJ and Jordan in 2008.

AJ and Jordan insist that their approach and methodology is more than just mere dating advice. Instead, they have combined their past relationship and family experience with the knowledge of their studies and their natural abilities to foster a program which helps develop strong, long-lasting relationships.

Jordan sums up their philosophy in relationships and business by stating, “A core principle of my own life, and upon which this company was founded, is that one should leave everything and everyone better than they were before we met.
